My Mission

It is my mission at Adafeer to provide my guests with a remarkable experience while performing my business with integrity and deep knowledge of my profession. I am committed to providing superior service to each individual guest with added value. Through my friendly customer service and education, I will strive to be your number one choice for all your NAIL CARE needs, while setting the standard in nails spa environmental responsibility.

 

Appointments

Appointments begin at the time scheduled. Please do not arrive early as I will not be able to take you until your scheduled time. Please call/message me ASAP if you are running behind on our appointment.  Life happens and lateness occurs.  I’m usually pretty lenient about late appointments working from home. I am eagerly awaiting your arrival and making sure my nail studio is clean and set up for you. However, please understand I will make other arrangements to reschedule if a client is more than 20 minutes late. Appointments can be cancelled 3 hours in advance by calling 518-903-5501 or Messaging me through my Facebook page. Please give at least 3 hours notice so that I have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on my waiting list. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, I reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

NCNS No Call No Shows Will Not Be Entertained Twice.

 

If a situation or emergency ever occurs where I have to reschedule our appointment, I would offer complimentary nail art as a token of appreciation of your understanding.

No extra guests unless arrangements have been made. No Children under the age of 7 as the salon is not a safe environment for babies and very young children.  

 

Payments

I accept Cash, Paypal, Facebook payments, Cash app, and CC through my website.

Refunds
If you are not happy with your nails, please make me aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon.


Complimentary Fixes
If you are ever dissatisfied with any service I will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. No refund is given after it has been rendered.
– Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call/message to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be arranged within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered complimentary fixes.) Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $10+ each. (Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.)
-Traditional Nail polish services are not guaranteed.
However, I would be glad to fix them for you. Must be called in within 24-48 hours after initial service and schedule an appointment for a nail fix within 2 days.


 

Illnesses

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, I ask that if you are or have been sick in the last 5 days

(which includes coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, fever....) 

have children who are sick, have any type of infections: sinus, bronchial, skin, and most importantly....NAIL infections,

please call me to reschedule your appointment. 

 

If you arrive displaying any symptoms, you will be asked to leave which then forfeits your appointment. 

 

COVID-19

I am continuing to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and understand there is a bit of uncertainty as this disease continues to mutate.  Public Health is my highest priority and I abide by all local, state, and federal guidelines. I have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting everything at Adafeer. 

At this time, I have not made any changes to my schedule. I am fully vaccinated and following all disinfection guidelines.  Please reschedule if you or anyone in your household is sick.

I Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
Anyone with a nail condition I suspect may be contagious
Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
Anyone in ill health that I may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to myself or other customers
